Our bespoke substance misuse policy (drug and alcohol policy) is a complete working document that meets your particular requirements ensuring that all statutory and legal obligations are addressed.

One of our consultants will make a site visit to establish certain criteria about your business, company requirements and existing procedures.

Our team of experts will then construct a comprehensive policy that will be available in a first draft format within 10 working days of the site visit.

Our policies and procedures do not infringe the Human Rights Act 1998.

We will also provide a comprehensive Important Considerations booklet, which explains human resources, health & safety, data protection and human rights considerations, a generic risk assessment, key performance indicators (KPI's) and letters of communication to employees and third parties.
