The one-day implementation workshop is a company specific management training course used to communicate the company substance misuse policy (drug and alcohol policy) to all managers who will have decision making responsibilities in the application of the company policy.

One of our consultants will make a site visit to establish certain criteria about your company, your policy and proposed procedures before finalising the course content.

A company procedures and guidance manual can be used as a training aid which will then be used as reference to ensure consistent application of the substance misuse policy (drug and alcohol policy) throughout the business.
