If you are a new customer who has not retained our services on a contract basis, we can arrange a drug and/or alcohol collection and instant tests right NOW. This service provides an urgent response, typically reasonable suspicion or post incident/accident situations to ensure peace of mind at this critical time.

Once payment is authorised online a unique code and freephone telephone number is immediately emailed to you with the instructions on how to access this service.

Our experienced call centre staff will obtain details from you to enable a collector to be at the required location within two hours of finalising the details over the telephone.

Should you require laboratory confirmation of instant onsite drug test results then we can arrange this too. 

Our national collection service operates through a network of 105 trained collectors accessed through a freephone telephone number. This guarantees a callout within 2 hours, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our collectors are equipped with Alco-test 7410® electronic breathalyzers as well as a full range of drug testing methods. The protocols used for sample collection are best practice as recommended by the UK Laboratory Guidelines for Legally Defensible Workplace Drug Testing.
