Individual Counselling Assessments

In certain circumstances companies require independent assessment of an individual ie. the individual may currently be undergoing self-referral treatment, attending a self-help group (eg. AA), being treated by a GP etc.

It is advisable that the company conducts a one hour assessment by a trained independent counsellor, operating to established Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP) guidelines, to evaluate the employee's suitability to carry out their duties.
