Counselling Programmes
Counselling programmes are available to employees identified as being able to benefit from this service.
In line with industry best practice the standard course comprises 4 or 6 one hour sessions over a 4 to 6 week period.. This service is conditional and requires a commitment by the individual to the agreed course of treatment.
Counselling is undertaken by counsellors operating to established Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist (BACP) guidelines. A report is provided to the employer after the first session and on completion of the course.
