Grendonstar Distribution Ltd has operated under this name for over a decade and has grown successfully by remaining committed to our founding principles of high quality, professional services, tailor-made for our customers.
In February 2008, GDL saw a change of ownership when the business was acquired by JMJ Laboratories Ltd, a division of Synergy Health plc. The joining up of resources and expertise in the businesses has enabled us to consolidate our ability to provide a broad portfolio of laboratory and support services to you, our clients.
April 2009 saw a re-brand and both GDL & JMJ are trading as Synergy Health Laboratory Services Ltd.
